When you work with the Frankenstein Home Team at Keller Williams South Shore, you aren’t just hiring a real estate agent — you’re partnering with a team that is deeply immersed in, connected to, and actively supporting the community we all call home. Yes, this is how we make our living, but giving back is the heartbeat of our business.
And in South Shore, giving back truly matters.
⭐ KW Cares: Standing With Families When It Matters Most
Keller Williams is known for its agent culture, but KW Cares is where that culture shines brightest. KW Cares is a nonprofit created to support KW agents and their families when life takes an unexpected turn — cancer diagnoses, natural disasters, sudden loss, medical emergencies, and everything in between.
In 2025, when our South Shore area was hit by two hurricanes back-to-back, KW Cares became a lifeline.
While our neighbors were picking up the pieces of their lives, KW Cares stepped in to help affected agents and their families rebuild.
At the same time, the Frankenstein Home Team hit the ground running — clearing debris, cleaning homes, delivering meals, collecting food and clothing donations, and helping find housing for displaced South Shore friends and neighbors. We didn’t do it for recognition. We did it because this is our community too.
And KW Cares continues supporting families nationwide every single day. As one recent grant recipient put it:
“Cancer was never part of my story — until it was. In the middle of it all, KW Cares was there. And I’ll never close another deal without giving back because their generosity changed everything for me.” – Fionna Owens, New England
🌿 Supporting South Shore: Cleanups, Service Projects & Local Commitment
Community impact doesn’t stop with storms. The Frankenstein Home Team partners side-by-side with South Shore Living, a local organization committed to keeping our neighborhoods beautiful.
Together, we:
- Adopt highways and organize clean-up days
- Bring out groups of local agents — and our kids — to beautify our community
- Volunteer annually to clean local waterways, canals, parks, and nearby beaches
We believe that if you love a community, you show it. And our team shows it by showing up.
❤️ Keller Williams’ Annual Red Day: A Culture of Service
Every Keller Williams office chooses a local charity each year to support — and every May, we hit the streets for RED Day, our company-wide day of service.
Across all KW offices nationwide, more than 180,000 agents roll up their sleeves for hands-on community projects.
Our KW South Shore office has tackled housing repairs, landscaping projects, organizing donation drives, painting, cleaning, and supporting local nonprofits throughout the Tampa Bay area.
It’s more than one day of volunteering. It’s a reminder of who we are as a company and what matters most.

Why It Matters When You Choose the Frankenstein Home Team
Working with our team doesn’t just mean buying or selling a home.
It means choosing agents who show up for their neighbors long after the closing table.
It means choosing a brokerage with a national foundation that steps in when families face their darkest days.
It means choosing a real estate experience rooted in gratitude, service, and community impact.
Because here at Keller Williams South Shore — and right here in Da Skin — we believe in taking care of our own 🫶
